Be A Part of History

In direct response to the IPA survey conducted with IPAC2021NV speakers regarding their participation in IPAC2021NV, as well as their professional input on COVID-19, and their suggestions for IPA’s planned bubble at The Ahern Hotel & Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada for IPAC2021NV, the following pre-IPAC production filming activities have been scheduled.

“The intent of the Board was always clear, that the IPA reward and pamper IPAC speakers in the same ways that the IPAC VIP Experience attendees are pampered.” – J.B. Creel, IPA Secretary

Given that intent, where there is a will – there is a way. Through an exclusive buyout of the Salishan Clubhouse by our sponsor, Compassion Center, a scaled down IPAC VIP Experience has been organized around the filming of the lectures and panel discussions to reward IPA speakers. Hosted on the Oregon Coast at the “World-Famous Salishan Golf Links”, one of America’s Top 100 Golf Courses, Sept. 25-26, 2021, the IPAC VIP Experience will include massages, spa packages and VIP only benefits just like the IPAC2021NV itself. Not going to IPAC? Don’t miss out.

IPAC2021 Speakers will be provided with private luxury transportation, private overnight accommodations, spa packages, massage, healthy organic meals, beverages and VIP only benefits as a way of saying “Thank You!”.

Only existing IPAC2021NV speakers may register for the speaker tickets below, and only IPAC speakers will be provided with overnight accommodations/benefits. The pre-IPAC production filming includes all speaker-related lectures, panel discussions and roundtables that the speaker is scheduled to participate in come October, and will be pre-filmed, edited and prepared for premiering at the IPAC2021NV conference, Oct. 25-27, 2021, in an identical format alongside the rest of the professionally produced IPAC2021NV content. This is specifically to maintain production consistency.

If you aren’t planning to make it to Las Vegas to attend IPAC2021NV due to COVID-19, nor do you plan on attending a pre-IPAC production filming event, your lecture will be conducted via Zoom- which may or may not generate and archive a lesser quality presentation or poor representation of your expertise, content, abilities and/or brand. While all available options will be explored to ensure and promote inclusion, please consider the overall quality, value and consistency of your hard work when making decisions regarding its historical archive. All IPAC conferences will be archived and available for member-streaming on-demand from an IPA hosted-secure cloud server, and history will be capable of being reviewed for generations to come. All IPA content is reviewed, validated, accredited, updated and maintained for educational purposes, and will be promoted in the future.

IPA encourages all speakers to exercise their best judgement on what they believe to be in their best interests, and do what’s right to best protect their family, friends and other community partners from the latest COVID surge.

Production: To combat inconsistencies and best eliminate the potential for unforeseen breakdowns, the IPA is producing the lectures and panel discussions both “on-set” and “in-person” to maintain consistency and demonstrate the level of professionalism the IPA expects to see in all of its continuing medical education and membership engagement campaigns.

Plan: IPA Conferences & Events Committee has spared no expense, time or effort in empowering members. The plan is to produce and edit a standardized video production that will be consistent with the rest of the IPAC2021NV, right down to the panel discussion set and lecture podium – that will be set up in the Salishan Clubhouse on the days of filming. The IPA has invested a great deal of time, energy and finances into the entire development of IPAC2021NV, in addition to the validation, educational content creation, organization and outreach programs. Therefore the IPAC2021 agenda and subject matters being presented must be in total alignment with IPA’s application, including the contact hours. Since the IPA is operating through a joint-providership with University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, IPAC Conferences’ Educational Content must align with the UNR Med School policies, expectations and standards of delivery in order to maintain accreditation. IPA takes pride in curating and maintaining the highest level quality of educational content.
