Addressing Healthcare's Most Pressing Issues

Advancing Education: IPAC2021NV has been curated to empower licensed integrative providers with the latest data, trends and techniques in integrative medicine to redirect healthcare in a new-direction: wellness management. The disease-management model is broken, and things have gotten so far out of hand that some providers have become so complacent with referrals, they unwittingly enroll their patients into referral merry-go-rounds.

It’s no secret, as integrative providers we are on the leading edge of healthcare, patient guidance and wellness optimization. The data and techniques relied upon by providers are updated on a regular basis, and keeping up with the latest trends can be near impossible, especially for those balancing a family, or a really demanding practice.

In contrast, knowing which content, or narrative, to rely upon can be a real challenge in itself. To combat uncertainty, misinformation and a lack of reliable education content, the IPA curated the IPAC2021NV agenda to empower providers. To achieve this, the IPA board of trustees assembled and appointed a committee consisting of education and recruiting specialists, and event coordinators – to recruit, curate, develop and produce an advanced curriculum that can be converted into measurable impacts the moment the provider returns to practice. Each education module presented at the IPAC2021NV is presented by an industry leading subject matter expert who has dedicated their career to their practice, and their expansion of knowledge.

Addressing the Need: The healthcare landscape is changing rapidly. Thriving practices have shuttered, key hospitals have closed and higher education institutions are going away faster than the residencies and the jobs that once followed their curriculum. If one isn’t capable, or willing, to pivot into a new direction on the drop of a dime, their future is challenged by everything from social division to shut downs, mandates and more. Taking a three-pronged approach on behalf of the providers and communities we serve, the IPA addresses and tackles; education, advocacy and socioeconomic innovation with Wholeness and Inclusion for the betterment of tomorrow.

Overall Retention is Struggling: For licensed healthcare providers, student loans and malpractice insurance premiums are taking the shape of a mortgage. Staffing shortages result in overwhelming demand, and caregiver burnout.  Taking notice of these trends, the Integrative Providers Association (IPA) has strategically positioned itself on the front lines to advocate for, and tend to, those providers being left behind.

A Stronger Voice: The IPA is on the front lines redirecting the way in which we teach, learn and play, in hopes of being the change we wish to see in the future of healthcare. Starting with self, by focusing more on the art of wellness optimization than the actual practice of disease management, IPA members realign themselves and their peers with the tools and resources necessary to lead their patients towards a happier, healthier and wealthier future. Come to IPAC2021NV and learn how to strengthen your future, and your practice without furthering a broken narrative.
